Caritas Creative was officially started by Danielle Milliken in March 2015. After helping family and friends with creative projects for several years, Danielle was blessed with the opportunity to expand her passion into a full-fledged business. She is now able to help charitable and church organizations communicate their missions more effectively, while also enjoying her primary passion - mom to her kids.
Danielle understands that churches and charitable organizations often struggle to find the right person to help them with their marketing and creative. While secular options abound, Danielle brings a unique perspective which perfectly melds a knowledge of theology and Catholic social teaching with an expertise in marketing and graphic design. A cradle Catholic, she received a BA in Theology from the University of Dallas in 2010, and completed her MBA with a focus on marketing in 2012. She has also completed a computer graphics certificate with both a print and web emphasis from Northlake College.
Danielle believes strongly that effective messaging should not be reserved for those with the means to hire the expensive marketing firms. Her goal is to help even the smallest churches and charities reach their communities. Whatever your needs, Danielle strives to use her “skillful hands” to create the most vibrant and impactful messaging possible, while staying true to your unique organization. Then, as part of her commitment to work in caritas above all else, she uses the first 10% of her earnings and “plants a vineyard” by donating it back to charitable causes close to her own heart.
